I am a freelancer, and this site is mainly for friends and family.
This site is not about my Profession, Company or any Activitys, just about my favourite Hobbies (noncommercial).
The site is not affiliated with any other persons with the same name (Tommy or Tom Hoepfner) or Corporations (Tommy or Tommy’s). I am not a famous professional musician, artist, doctor, politician or professor, nor do I have a brewery. (this is sad, but lets hope…)
Note: there is no other real Tom Hoepfner or Tommy outside of this site, who is identical to me. just for your info.
It seems that all people with the same name are very successful, wise and happy,… interesting.
I don’t advertise any specific companies or products here either.

I put my Wisdom in a Nutshell, and all my statements have already been published by newspaper articles as well as official TV documentaries since 2007, or are based on official statistics. As an artist, and a formerly funny guy, i present the facts in a simplified way, with a laughing and crying eye. But the truth remains, in a nutshell. This is also called logical common sense in Germany. But it seems that this logic is eroding more and more, and not only because of the people, but also because of certain forces.
If this page were a book one day, it could be called: Views of an East-German Dad. Or: Once to the West and Back. Or: How the West ruined my life. Or:
“Truth – How Idiots have ruined Germany. Chronicle of failure – How a normal guy exposes top politicians.” – (if you want to print it, please contact me.)
If this pages were the basis for a Economics PhD, the topic would be: “The consequences of incompetence through the party system from 2015 to 2025 by TH”.
(Because I have a bachelor’s degree in economics, anyone who would like to, can send me their country’s Economics PhD certificate. Wink! Because in Germany there are many politicians with fake doctorates and completely unrelated fields, such as mainly social pedagogy and political science, whatever such a BS is supposed to mean. – If that is too difficult, I would also be happy to have my esteemed politicians sign an autograph. *seriously)
I have given the Minister of Justice one year, to put my case right and have not received a reply to date.
So this site is my response to the injustices caused by a family court and the ignorance of the government in Germany in relation to a deliberate loss of wealth for all indigenous people from school children to pensioners.
And now, we will see how Germany and politics and security will change completely. For the time being for the worse, and let’s hope that reason and logic will return to good old Germany afterwards. If the wave of awakening goes through the continents, then there is even hope. And evil must be fought.

Background:
I studied business administration and computer science and have been observing the people’s behavior and financial markets, politics and carried out some manual activities for 30 years.
I’m just a hobby artist, fotographer, trader, hobby philosopher, and now also apparently a hobby writer and Father of two children, who only loves music, art, and home gardening. I want peace and joy for me and everyone. I tolerate every peaceful person, but I reject intolerance and deception and injustice of every kind of human being. I fully support the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (EGMR). I despise dishonesty and corruption in any way.
Motivation:
I’m sharing my thoughts and hobbies in case I can’t see my children again often enough, based on an exemplary case
of failure of the family court (BW – Germany). [There are many fathers who deal with the unequal treatment and injustice that has happened to them by creating blogs or writing books.] This page will be continuously updated, especially in 2024, in case i can’t see my children and my children must continue to suffer under an unjust judgment of the family court (BW – Germany).
I have always been peaceful and reserved, but now that they want to ruin the last third of my life, so i am speaking out.

Since my grandfather lost his father and had nothing from him, my father grew up without his father and had nothing from him, I also grew up without my father and had nothing from him, I am creating this blog for my children to keep in mind and think about. Perhaps a few years later. Because nobody knows the future.
So, this is just a private Homepage only, a political diary about the truth, nothing else.
I sent an incendiary letter to the ministries in Berlin on October 3, 2023, where I addressed all the issues and pointed out that I could offer my children a better, safer living environment, with all the necessities and amenities you need as a child. And I didn’t get an answer. So here’s my answer: enough is enough! Change!
I don’t claim that it was only at this point that politicians finally became active and addressed the taboos that had been covered up until then, but at the same time they were still resigned to quick solutions. Just as I, as a man, did not get my rights. The injustice caused by politics, which is simply imposed on the citizen, is therefore the only reason and motivation for this private page here, as well as an explanation of the conditions for my children.
Because the fact is, that even the so-called mainstream experts, neither the extent nor the causes of the major problems was aware of in the year 2019.
Because the idiots don’t know, I’m saying here – in my simple language – that the logical human mind can solve problems. And what happens in Germany is not a coincidence and is not wanted by 70% of the working, native people.
There was a plan, and there was supposed to be a reset, but sometimes it turned out differently than you think. – (Wisdom)
The path to Sanity – in Germany – would look something like this: 1. the End of the FDP and BSW – 2. the End of the CDU through its split – 3. the Unmasking of the lies of the Greens – 4. the Unmasking of the Left deep State: as Neo-socialists and Dictators. we will all see…

Regarding gendering: I always mean both genders (man and woman), even in the majority.
(I don’t follow the new gender language, which didn’t exist 5 years ago. i’m too old for such jokes.)
Regarding my generalizations:
I always refer to a Gaussian normal distribution, when I talk about the “this, they, them” so “masses or the majority”, i.e. at least 70% of a crowd in my eyes. I do not take into account exceptions to the right and left 5% of the distribution. Every exception even at 10% confirms the/my rules – (TH – Wisdom).
I always refer to groups of people and never to a single person. not even when I quote a politician directly, I mean the person, but only as a representative for a group of like-minded actors. Because people in politics and business are always just a small cog in the wheel of a larger organizational structure. Everything I write is solely my individual opinion on a topic. This can also be wrong. So please do your own research.
Anyone who wants to misunderstand me, can do so, but please keep it to yourself.
I’m not arguing with anyone else’s opinion here in the Blogs.

I’m not religious, I was never politically active and never wanted to be, just a logical thinker, not aggressive in any relationship with my point of view. I think there is always a ying and a yang and a medal always has a flip side. And at some point, the universe strikes back and everyone has to justify their misdeeds one day. So here I am, and I never intended to portray myself, but enough is enough.
Nowadays there are unfortunately many injustices in the world and everywhere, but there is maybe hope…..

I did not intend any aggressiveness or revenge here, I am just presenting the facts, and the sorrow and anger in these difficult times, in which a few terrorize the whole of humanity. The native East-German population has had enough of a totalitarian state since the corona lockdown at the latest.

update: The German Minister of Justice and the Ampel government had to resign on 6.11.24 (Cheers). The Justice Minister’s party FDP and the BSW were expelled from parliament on 23.2.25 (Cheers). – To each his own. (I had asked Mr. Buschmann to stand up for equal rights for fathers in family law, but instead he stood up for LGTBQ and the restriction of freedom of expression. So there has to be a change now if anything is to be saved.)
